The careful way Quincy communicates is noted and appreciated. He is concerned for me in his awareness of my triggers and anxiety and he is focused on his language. He wants me to uncover my own thoughts, patterns, feelings and behaviors without “telling me” what they are. This is incredibly helpful. His commitment to communicating well, with wisdom, clarity and intention is obvious.

Quincy is one of the best listeners I have ever met (and I have hired many!), he has exceptionally high emotional intelligence, a refreshingly open mind, and clearly cares so deeply about helping others in a meaningful way. He's very well educated in the realms of non-traditional relationship paradigms and bio-hacking, just to name a few-- and what I appreciate about Quincy is his ability to explain incredibly complex concepts or research in ways that are so much easier to understand (while being very kind and not making me feel silly for not knowing). I could go on forever but I'll mention one last thing-- Quincy is also very skilled at offering feedback (he also asks for permission which I love) and asking really powerful questions in a gentle, yet sticky way -- this is the secret to scaffolding true self awareness and transformation, IMHO.
